The ZETA predictive maintenance solution is a wireless IoT solution launched by Zongxing Technology for factory rotating equipment. It uses low-power ZETA end intelligent vibration and temperature sensors to monitor key equipment parameters in real time, and combines AI data analysis to predict potential faults to help enterprises optimize maintenance. The application case of Red Bull Thailand factory shows that after the introduction of ZETA predictive maintenance solution, the failure rate of factory equipment dropped significantly and the number of repairs was reduced by nearly half.
